This place had friendly staff at the reception desk and a fantastic location in a beautiful area, with a great restaurant nearby.

Want to say thank you for memorable stay. Fantastic, clean, reasonably spacious hotel, the location is marvellous by taxi to the city center. The restaurant food is superb, and the breakfast offered is large and excellent with breath-taking views and gluten free options, for example.

The rooms were brand-new as for me, with toiletries. The room had a lovely design.

The service here was great, and they even offer a shuttle service from the airport, which is convenient.

The hotel's room was newly decorated with a marvelous view of the bay of Naples. This good old and grand old property had a central setting so close to the train station. It was a short walk to Naples, Ischia, Reggia Caserta, taxis, and Mount Vesuvius.

The room got a nice makeover recently and is in great shape. What a stunning view of the bay you get from there! Also, being so close to the airport is super convenient ✈️.

Magnificent, exceptionally nice location in the residential area. Nearby Sale e Pepe Napoli - a great place to chill out.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The view from our room and the breakfast terrace was absolutely stunning, overlooking the bay and Capri. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and willing to assist us with everything we needed. The location of the hotel was great, next to the sea and within walking distance to the beautiful area of Chiaia. The hotel facilities were clean and the room had a spacious sleeping area with a large bathroom.

It was all superb.

grand hotel parker's in naples was a standout on our trip to italy. the staff was lovely, the views from our room, dining room, and rooftop bar were fabulous, and the overall feel and decor of the hotel were delightful. we especially enjoyed the location on the western "edge" of the city.

Check-out staff was inattentive and discourteous.

Grand Hotel Parker was a highlight of my trip to Italy. The location overlooking the bay is breathtaking, and the wonderful welcome at the front desk confirmed this beautiful hotel as one of my favorites forever. The charming room with a balcony, lovely bathrooms, and Italian decor was perfect. The staff's kindness was the overarching factor of goodness. The incredible breakfast on the sixth floor, with tiers of baked goods, bacon, eggs, coffees.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Naples and had a fantastic experience. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to be given an early check-in, allowing me to settle into my beautiful room right away. The hotel itself was absolutely stunning, with a perfect blend of old-world charm and contemporary luxury. The views from the hotel were breathtaking, overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea and iconic landmarks like Capri, Sorrento, and Mount Vesuvius.

Absolutely in love with this hotel. The perfect mixture of an old style Grand Hotel with all the modern amenities, gorgeous rooms, magical views, perfect service and wonderful beds in which you will sleep like an emperor. It would be hard to have a more perfect stay including the roof top breakfast with views over the bay of Naples. We shall return! Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Tasty breakfast with pastries, fruit, yogurt, and yummy eggs. Amazing and helpful staff at the front desk. Good location away from busy streets, with stunning views. Outstanding meal at The George Restaurant. Friendly and welcoming staff.

The free breakfast and complimentary Wi-Fi were great perks during our stay. The hotel was ideally situated close to a metro station, which made getting around the city easy. The room was comfortable and had a nice view of the surrounding area.

The hotel didn't live up to our expectations. The staff weren't very welcoming and didn't seem interested in helping us with recommendations or directions.
